Chelino’s Rise & Shine Bottomless Mug Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY Participant(s) and winner(s) must be legal US residents at least 18 years old as determined by KFOR TV and reside in the Oklahoma City Designated Market Area as defined by The Nielsen Company. KFOR TV reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to or on behalf of any minor.
1. HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begin Monday, October 18, 2010 at 6:00 am and ends Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at 12:00pm (noon) CDT. To enter, watch Rise & Shine Oklahoma every weekday morning between 7am & 9am on KAUT OK43 TV or online for the LIVE STREAM at 43thespot.com. Look for the 'Chelino’s Clue of the Day', then log on to www.43thespot.com/chelinos for the Chelino’s Mug Sweepstakes form. Then complete the official online entry form by submitting your name, age, address, telephone number, e-mail address and enter the 'Clue of the Day'. All entries must be received by 12:00(noon) CDT Monday thru Friday, 10-18 to 11-24, 2010. Entrants must use their own name. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the registrant or holder of the e-mail account, will be deemed the person who submitted the entry. Entries become the property of Sponsors, and will not be returned. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, or misdirected entries, or for errors in mechanical transmission, technical difficulties or inability to transmit Internet entries. ONLY One entry, per day, per household, pre email.
2. SELECTION OF WINNERS: There will be a total of TWO (2) winners each day. The winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries subject to verification and compliance with these rules. Representatives of KFOR and KAUT will conduct the drawing. Winners will be notified by email, October 18, 2010 through November 24, 2010. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If a winner is found to be ineligible or cannot be reached with 7 days of being selected, that winner will be disqualified, and Sponsors will randomly draw another winner from among all remaining eligible entries. ONLY One Winner, per day, per household, per email, per clue, per Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes may be temporarily postponed or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
3. PRIZE: TWO (2) daily winners will receive one (1) Mug each from Chelino's Mexican Restaurant. Approximate retail value of prizes up to $10 for each mug. Prizes will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and not redeemable for cash, credit or merchandise. Only one prize will be awarded per household. If any prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of comparable value. Winners will be notified by email.
All winners must pick up their prize at the KAUT / KFOR Studios at 444 East Britton Road in Oklahoma City 73114. All prizes must be picked up between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday. KAUT / KFOR will be closed on weekends & holidays.
4. CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS: Entrants agree that Sponsors have the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this Sweepstakes and that their decision is final and binding. Sponsors reserve the right to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel this Sweepstakes if circumstances arise rendering it impossible or impractical for Sponsors to conduct the Sweepstakes as promoted or according to these rules. Except where prohibited by law, Winners agree to allow use of their names, voices, photographs, likenesses and any information provided on an entry forms, in any medium of communication, including print, Internet, radio and/or television and for any purpose, including advertising, promotional or other purposes, by Sponsors and/or its affiliates, without additional compensation. Winners, by acceptance of their prizes, agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsors, its respective parent companies and affiliates, and each of its employees, representatives, contractors, sponsors and advertisers, from any and all liability, loss, damage, costs or claims arising from the Winners' participation in this Sweepstakes, their receipt and use of their prizes, and any Sweepstakes-related or prize-related travel or activity. Winners assume all applicable tax liability, if any, for their prizes. Winners are subject to verification by KFOR TV of the winner’s name, age, address, home phone number, work/cell phone number, and social security number. If a winner is disqualified, KFOR TV reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or to not award that winner’s prize at all. Employees of KFOR TV, Local TV LLC, the Sweepstakes participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, employees of other television or radio stations, and members of the immediate families of such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents and grandchildren, and any other person residing at the same household whether or not related. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
