Oklahoma City Thunder Trivia Sweepstakes

The Oklahoma City Thunder Sweepstakes will begin on 11/1/2010 and end
on 11/8/2010. This sweepstakes is an On Line entry only. All entrants
and winner must be 18 years or older and must, upon request, provide
proof of age, be legal residents of the State of Oklahoma. Only one
entry per household. KAUT / KFOR, Local TV LLC. and sponsor
organizations are not responsible for late, lost, illegible,
misdirected, misdelivered or incomplete entries. One winner will be
picked by random selection.
How to Enter
Go to kfor.com/thunder to enter between the dates of 11/1/2010 and
11/8/2010. Enter the sweepstakes by registering and submitting
your answer to the trivia question provided on the contest
website. All
Electronic entries must be received before 5:00PM (CST) on
11/8/2010. Sponsor(s) will not be responsible for lost, late,
forged, mass-reproduced or mass-transmitted, misdirected, mutilated,
incomplete or illegible entries and such entries are void; telephone,
electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer
malfunctions, failures or difficulties, errors or failures in
transmission or reception and/or any condition caused by events beyond
the reasonable control of Company which may cause the contest to be
disrupted or corrupted. Odds of winning Prizes depend on the
number of eligible entries. There
are no prize or cash substitutions. Employees of Contest Sponsors and
their immediate families are ineligible to participate in this Contest.
This Contest is void where prohibited by law. This Contest is subject
to all federal, state and local laws.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this contest, you must comply with the following
eligibility criteria: You must be a legal resident of Oklahoma.
You must be at least 18 years or older.
Winner
One winner will be chosen by randon selection on or before 11/9/2010 at
5:00PM (CST). Winners will also be notified by phone.
Winners must acknowledge
the notification by phone and accept the prize within 48hours or the
prize will be forfeited. Company is not responsible for
late, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify prize winners or
to acknowledge receipt of notification. The winner may be
required to execute a declaration of eligibility that declares the
winner has complied with all the rules. The winner releases
Sponsor(s) of all liability in
connection with the prize, the winner release(s) Sponsor(s) and all
prize-supplier companies from all liability for damages or personal
injury in connection with the winner's use of the prize goods or
services and consent that the Sponsor(s) and anyone it/they may
authorize may without compensation use winner's name, photograph or
other likeness, biographical information and statements concerning the
Contest or the Sponsor(s) for purposes of advertising and
promotion. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of
correctly answered entries received. Taxes are the responsibility
of winners. Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the
contest.
The Prize
The WINNER will receive TWO tickets to the Oklahoma City Thunder versus
the Portland Trail Blazers game on November 12, 2010 at 8:30PM.
The approximate retail value of the prize is $270.00.
Prize Requirements
The WINNER is required to pick up at tickets at KFOR-TV, 444 E Britton
Road, Oklahoma City, OK. 73114 by November 11, 2010 at 5:00PM.
The WINNER must provide their own transportation to pick up the tickets
and attend the basketball game.
Qualification
The WINNER must present valid photo identification. Contest prize is
not transferable. The Prize may not
be substituted for or redeemed for cash. Station reserves the
right to substitute prize of comparable value. Complete Contest rules
can be obtained by sending a self-addressed
stamped envelope to: KFOR & KAUT at 444 East Britton Road, OKC OK
73114.
Compliance with Law
Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws
and regulations apply. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes
are the sole responsibility of the winner and winner may receive an
IRS Form 1099 or equivalent from Station.
