Official Rules
1. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Contest begins Tuesday, October 12, 2009 at midnight CDT and ends Monday, December 21, 2009 at 5:00pm CST. To enter, log on to www.kfor.com/okcthunder and submit your entry to win a 4-pack of tickets to select Thunder home games. Enter by completing the official online entry form by submitting your name, age, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and photo. Your photo must display some form of OKC Thunder Inspiration to be approved, e.g. logo, colors, etc. All entries will be reviewed by KFOR/KAUT staff for acceptability into the contest. Unacceptable photo entries will not be added to the voting ballot. All entries must be received by 5:00PM CST on December 10, 2009. In order to be eligible for one of Thunder home games listed on contest welcome page, your photo must be submitted before 5:00PM on the last day of the voting period. Winners are selected based on popular vote. All non-winners from a previous voting period are carried over to the next voting period and are deemed voting eligible to win the 4-pack of tickets for that voting round with the exception of the Grand Prize Thunder Up round. The winners of the previous seven voting rounds are automatically entered into the Grand Prize Thunder Up round. Entrant can only win once during the first seven voting rounds. All voting is cleared after each voting round. Entrants must use their own name. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the registrant or holder of the e-mail account, will be deemed the person who submitted the entry. Entries become the property of Sponsors, and will not be returned. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, or misdirected entries, or for errors in mechanical transmission, technical difficulties or inability to transmit Internet entries.
2. SELECTION OF WINNERS: There will be a total of eight (8) 4-packs of tickets awarded. The winners will be selected by popular vote from among all eligible entries subject to verification and compliance with these rules. Representatives of KFOR/KAUT will determine the winners. Winners will be notified by phone by 5:00pm the day after the voting period for each home game ends. KFOR/KAUT reserves the right to announce the winners and show their photo on television. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and voting. If a winner is found to be ineligible or cannot be reached by 5:00pm on the day after the voting period expires, that winner will be disqualified, and Sponsors reserve the right to select another winner based on popular vote from among the remaining eligible entries.
3. PRIZE: Eight (8) 4-packs of Thunder game tickets will be awarded to select home game events. Prizes will be awarded. Sponsors have no obligation to draw alternate winners. Winners must bring a valid government-issued ID to KFOR/KAUT during normal business hours, before the game starts, to claim their prize. If winners are located outside the greater OKC metro area, it is the winner's responsibility to come to the station and claim their prize.
4. CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS: Entrants agree that Sponsors have the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this Sweepstakes and that their decision is final and binding. Sponsors reserve the right to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel this Sweepstakes if circumstances arise rendering it impossible or impractical for Sponsors to conduct the Sweepstakes as promoted or according to these rules. Except where prohibited by law, Winners and non-winners agree to allow use of their names, voices, photographs, likenesses and any information provided on an entry forms, in any medium of communication, including print, Internet, radio and/or television and for any purpose, including advertising, promotional or other purposes, by Sponsors and/or its affiliates, without additional compensation. Winners, by acceptance of their prizes, agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsors, its respective parent companies and affiliates, and each of its employees, representatives, contractors, sponsors and advertisers, from any and all liability, loss, damage, costs or claims arising from the Winners' participation in this Sweepstakes, their receipt and use of their prizes, and any Sweepstakes-related or prize-related travel or activity. Winners assume all applicable tax liability, if any, for their prizes.
